Returns Policy
When you place on order with Other Circles we will sent you an automated order confirmation. Your order will be shipping with 1 to 3 business days . Upon shipping of the order you will receive an e-mail with all shipping details. Orders under 45 Euro/50 Usd will be shipped by regular mail services. Orders over 45 Euro/50 Usd will be shipped by express mail and can be tracked and traced.
European deliveries usually take 4 to 6 working days. The transit time outside the EU depends on you exact location. Please contact our customer service for further information if needed. We offer a 60 day refund policy. If for any reason you are not happy with the items purchased you can contact our customer service in order to obtain a return label for the return shipment. Upon receipt we provide a full refund with 14 days after receipt of the parcel.
For purchases to be shipped outside of the EU the shipping costs are also paid by Other Circles. However the free shipping does not included any import duty that you might need to pay to customs when the shipment is declared in the destination country. We can not repay you this duty if you wish to return the items purchased. Note: the returned item must be in a brand new condition.
